Please note: When you make a call or answer a call, there is only one earbud that has a sound. When you listen to music, both earbuds have sound.
Step by Step Pairing Guide:
Click on Forget(unpair on Android) the bluetooth device on your phone and turn off bluetooth on your device if you have tried pairing the earbuds to your device without pairing them to each other first.
Press and hold the buttons on the earbuds at the same time for 3 seconds
Press and hold the buttons on the earbuds at the same time for 3 seconds again, you will the flashing lights.
Double press on one of the earbuds, it is going to pair two earbuds to each other.
Now, turn on the bluetooth on the phone and connect your earbuds to your phone.
